Grief Space is a gathering geared to provide a brave, equity centered, supportive environment for individuals who are grieving to share their experiences, engage in mindfulness practices, and receive community support from peers through structured activities like circle sharing, gentle stretching, meditation and nutrition. This offering is open to EVERYONE. Class structure is available in person and via online platform.
At The Yoga Lady, Our mission is to bring to you an unforgettable yoga experience, also for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. We believe that yoga is for everybody as well as every body and strive to create a supportive community for all of our students.
Our experienced and certified instructors are passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. They provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate in our classes and also receiving it's benefits.
At TheYogaLady.org, We offer a variety of live online classes for all levels, including yin yoga, and restorative yoga, and also sound bath classes. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
